The Marketing Group, which earlier this year rebranded to RYVL, has confirmed its intent to acquire Blockchain Nordic for €4.8m.

Cognizant has acquired Mustache the Brooklyn creative content agency.

Americas wins

FIG and Horizon Media have collectively been named the agency of record for Benjamin Moore & Co.

The First Amendment Museum has engaged digital and direct advertising agency IPNY, to assist in launching its first national campaign. The campaign will reinforce and strengthen First Amendment Museum’s mission of “Inspiring citizens to live their First Amendment freedoms”.

EMEA wins

Lidl has appointed Karmarama as its lead creative agency, tasking the Accenture-owned shop with creating a fresh long-term brand strategy "that will be brought to life across the customer experience in the UK".

Lucky Generals has been named lead agency on Co-op’s £50m creative account, which consolidates the advertising business across the retailer’s food, healthcare, insurance and Funeralcare brands.

Tour operator Newmarket Holidays has appointed Guerillascope as its new cross-platform media planning and buying partner.

Don't Panic has been appointed as The Wildlife's Trusts' agency of record. It has been briefed to create a nationwide campaign delivering strategy, overarching campaign concept, creative executions, production, distribution and media buys.

DeVries Global has been appointed to handle PR for skincare and fragrance brand Philosophy, which sits in parent company Coty’s luxury brands division.

Recently acquired by Sports Direct's Mike Ashley, the House of Fraser has chosen Who Wot Why as its agency.

Australian baby goods retailer Baby Bunting has appointed J. Walter Thompson Melbourne and its in-house creative partners from Girl, to be its lead creative agency.

Diageo has launched a global creative review for the Johnnie Walker scotch brand. Having worked with 72andSunny since 2013, Smirnoff vodka is also in review.
