As the creative industry descends upon Cannes Lions 2018, The Drum brings you a range of brands debating the big challenges and opportunities of our time.

A panel headed by WE Communications, 'Business Purpose: The paradox and the potential', sees Mars' global head of purpose and inclusion and diversity, Michelle Oliver in the line up with Nivea's global chief marketing officer, Tobias Christoph Collee.

Oliver has worked at Mars for over two decades, having recently been driving Mars’ quest to put diversity and inclusion at the heart of its brand values. Be that via casting, creative or media partnerships with campaigns like Maltesers, the brands most successful campaign in 10 years, which featured disabled actors.

EY 's partner and global brand and external communications leader, John Rudaizky will join Gyro and the FT's panel 'Creative Connections: The business of feelings & emotions.' HP global head of digital experience & marketing innovation, Carmen True, will also be on this panel.

Diageo, head of technology and innovation for Europe, Benjamin Lickfett will be speaking at the Innovid session on the future of TV.

Sony Pictures Entertainment and Diageo will be offering their views at Deloitte Digital's 'Digital Reality: ready or not, here we come'.

Another session from Deloitte Digital sees LiveRamp, Heat and Adobe chatting about augmenting creativity through AI.

Native advertising and content discovery platform, Taboola, have their own session, 'The 6-Second Impact'.
