What's the best way to find – and recruit – creative talent? James Caan gives his advice

James Caan, recruitment entrepreneur and Dragon from the Den, has been dishing out advice on marketing recruitment and business via The Drum’s social channels this week.

Caan, the chairman of Gemini People among other ventures, advised agency and brand owners to watch the recruitment sector closely as a barometer for the economy, before making any big business decisions.

He also said that in such a creative sector, it is important to interview thoroughly – even inviting candidates in for a half day in the office – to make sure they fit with the existing culture.
