This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

Domino's Pizza
Domino's Pizza UK is on the hunt for a brand boss following the departure of its first chief marketing officer Emily Somers after just seven months in the job. Whoever takes the hot seat will be faced with reviving the company's sales in an extremely crowded takeaway market and nurturing the brand against a backdrop of ongoing operational issues.
Bacardi
Bacardi has appointed Kathy Parker as chief marketing officer for its premium Patron tequila and Grey Goose vodka. Tasked with driving global strategy, Parker arrives at the drinks brand following a spell at rivals Diageo.
Jones Knowles Ritchie
Jones Knowles Ritchie has appointed Sedef Onar as its first-ever global chief talent officer. In this role, Onar will partner with global chief exec Guy Lambert and global chief creative officer Tosh Hall. She has been tasked with helping the agency take a more strategic, long term view on hiring, training, and developing talent.
VMLY&R
VYMLY&R has hired Metzti Bryan-Fasano as its first operations director to work closely with chief exec Justin Pahl and chief creative officer, Laurent Simon. Bryan-Fasano joined from BBC Creative where she was head of project management.
Talon Outdoor
Talon Outdoor has introduced a German division in Frankfurt, appointing Winfried Karst to lead as managing director. Karst is tasked with driving business in Germany, mainland Europe, and international spend across Talon's network.
The Trade Desk
The Trade Desk has appointed Patrick Morrell as director of strategic publisher and TV development. He is based in its London office and reports to Dave Castell, general manager inventory, EMEA.
LadBible Group
Formerly Omnicom's media head, Colin Gottlieb is to join LadBible as its chief growth officer. The appointment is part of a move by the publisher to diversify its revenue.
The Leith Agency
The Leith Agency's chief exec of Cello Signal, John Rowley, is stepping back from his full-time remit to become a senior non-executive director with Cello’s Edinburgh based agencies.
Engine
Engine UK has appointed William Lidstone as chief growth officer, to form part of the executive management line-up which welcomed a raft of impressive new hires throughout 2019. Lidstone joins from Publicis Groupe where he was global client lead on McDonalds across 29 markets.
Global
Jonathan Lewis has left Global as executive director of its outdoor operations. He is the founder of Outdoor Plus.
Premiership Rugby
The former chief marketing communications officer of UKTV, Zoë Clapp, is to join Premiership Rugby as its chief marketing officer. Mark Brittain will also join as chief commercial officer.
Wunderman Thompson
Tamara Ingram has left her role as chair of Wunderman Thompson. Formerly J Walter Thompson's global chief exec, Ingram became chair upon the merger with Wunderman.
McCann London
Wieden+Kennedy's London creatives, Rachel Shaughnessy and Dan Norris, are to jump ship to McCann London as creative directors.
Peach
Peach has appointed Ben Regensburger, formerly managing director at SevenOne Media as chief exec.
The Inner Circle
The former head of marketing at Vice Benelux, Sanneke Boesveldt, has been appointed as The Inner Circle's chief marketing officer. The move is part of a wider growth strategy for the business.
Zilliqa
Zilliqa has appointed Colin Miles as head of marketing. He was previously vice-president of sales and marketing at Minimov and InternetQ.
Wunderman Thompson
Wunderman Thompson has appointed Sandra Gin to the role of client services director in Hong Kong. Gin has been tasked with driving growth for the agency’s key clients.
72andSunny Sydney
Whitney Hawthorn has been promoted to head of delivery at 72andSunny Sydney. She first joined the agency in 2017. During this time, she has led delivery for the company's client partners.
Geometry
Geometry has promoted Harry Bailey to chief exec of Hong Kong and Taiwan. He was most recently managing director of Geometry Taiwan.
Initiative
Jeff Franco has been named the head of Initiative Singapore and regional managing partner Initiative APAC. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the growth agenda for Initiative Singapore.
Omnicom Media Group
Omnicom Media Group has promoted Claudine Kwek to chief exec of its operations in China, after first joining the group as chief operating officer in March 2019.
Deutsch New York
Husani Oakley has been elevated to chief technology officer at Deutsch New York. The role has been reinstated after it was elimated three years ago when Trevor O'Brien stepped down.
Commonwealth//McCann
Commonwealth//McCann has promoted Tamara Gumz to creative director on its Chevrolet account, while creative duo, Marguerite Adragna and Rachel Schusterbauer have been promoted to creative directors, digital.
Glue IQ
Glue IQ has bolstered its leadership team. Noel Artiles has joined as executive creative director, Suzyelle Da Silva comes on board as head of performance marketing and Greg Cordaro joins as the head of strategy.
Oberland
Sophie Forman has been promoted to creative director at Oberland, after originally joining in 2018.
Stink Studios
Stink Studios has promoted Jacinte Faria to managing director in the Los Angeles office. She was first brought on board in 2015 to help open the LA office.
