Scotland's history has been whitewashed.
So we wanted to bring Scotland’s black, asian & ethnic minority history into the mainstream.
While tartan is often used to recognise people’s roots in Scottish history, almost no tartans exist that represent people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
By encouraging non-white Scottish families to create their own tartan and share their stories, we'll uncover and publicise previously hidden chapters of Scotland’s history.
We can't rewrite history, but we can reweave it
Conrad Jones
Hailing from Glasgow and Dublin respectively, Grace Cheah and Conrad Jones are eager to get their hands on any creative problem that needs solving, be it for social causes or selling beans.
Having two wildly different backgrounds gives them a unique creative edge that garners unexpected and exciting results. These two believe that a great idea could - nay, should - come from where you least expect it.
Editing is one of Grace and Conrad’s favourite pastimes. They constantly filter through their work and only hang on to the best of the bunch - the ace of the pack. Here’s a sneak peek of the aces they’re currently holding, but you can check out their website to see what else they have up their sleeve.
