My project started with my research on negative young adults’ body image in the age of social media. I had interviews with different people who told me about their body image experiences and I came to various conclusions. Therefore, I decided to create a body positivity campaign, body discussion app and body positivity festival. My project’s purpose is to encourage people to speak up on body image issues, create a safe space they could be able to share their body image experiences in, and motivate people to love themselves.
