Brief: Attract school leavers towards a career in the funeral industry. From my research I found a lot of school leavers go into extremely customer service focused jobs, and with the boom in 'Karen' culture I wanted to make the most of how much people dislike 'annoying' customers and how the funeral industry can provide the solution.
