Award Winning Stories: how Cisco created a playground of innovation

Last year, Cisco Live EMEA played host to 15,900 people, all set to experience new technological solutions over several days, as part of a series of four annual events.
George P. Johnson, which has worked with the client for 15 years, was once again handed the brief of creating something special for delegates. This led to the development of 'The Playground,' which aimed to harness the power of imagination and tell the brand and product stories.
The agency's creative director, Alan Perks, who is responsible for working with Cisco, talks through the project which included the creation of a maze of drones, among other interactive spaces, which would lead to it winning the award for B2B Experience of the Year at The Drum Experience Awards.
The Drum Experience Awards are open for entry until 18 September.
