Reprise, the recently-relaunched agency under IPG Mediabrands, today (July 19) the appointment of Renee Marquardt as its general manager for the US.
This newly created role became official after Reprise’s recent relaunch, which united sister agencies Society and Ansible under the Reprise banner to offer a full suite of digital media services. In this position, Marquardt has oversight of Reprise’s core agency operations across offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Detroit.
A seasoned executive with over 25 years’ direct marketing experience, Marquardt joined Reprise from digital marketing and advertising agency Didit, where she was chief operating officer. Prior to Didit, Marquardt held client service roles at Rapp Collins Worldwide and Wunderman Cato Johnson, and is also a Six Sigma BlackBelt.
Marquardt has reported directly to Robert Bernstein, Reprise's executive vice president and managing director of the US. Bernstein said of Marquardt: “She has brought to Reprise exceptional management skills and forward-thinking. As we enter this exciting new era for Reprise, no one is better placed to further drive our digital-led approach in market and deliver meaningful brand interactions on behalf of our clients.”

IPG Mediabrands has been shifting around its practices over the last few months. Aside from the rebrand and relaunch of Reprise, the media arm of IPG acquired Acxiom Marketing Solutions in a major grab of consumer data.
