Coca-Cola takes over Piccadilly Circus to buoy England World Cup fans

Coca-Cola has thrown its weight behind England’s World Cup efforts by taking over one of the nation’s most prominent out of home spots.

The official World Cup sponsor is activating in the capital with some bespoke St George’s Cross Coke creative urging manager Gareth Southgate’s side to ‘Bring it Home'.

The DOOH buy will coincide with a large footfall as fans converge on the centre to catch up with the side’s Croatian semi-final clash. Coke has creative running globally, the work ties into its wider efforts.

The ad was created by Recipe.

Meanwhile Southgate’s waistcoat has been the talk of the town, with M&S opening up on the sale’s lift its had from the manager’s loyal adoption of its apparel.
