Becky Brock has joined John Lewis as director of marketing, the role previously held by Craig Inglis prior to his promotion last year.

Brock, formerly marketing boss at the Snow & Rock Group, will join on 20 March and report to Inglis. Rachel Swift, currently head of marketing, will report into her.
“I am really delighted that Becky will be joining us in this vital role,” said Inglis.
“She brings with her a wealth of leadership experience and proven track record in brand strategy and commercial performance. We look forward to welcoming her to the team."
Inglis has been straddling two roles in his position as customer director since last September. In addition to his marketing and customer insight duties he has also been overseeing the whole customer experience as the retailer tries to better connect its on and offline offering.
Now, Brock will take on responsibility for all aspects of the retailer’s marketing strategy and leadership of the CRM, digital, brand and category marketing teams.
Brock added that she was looking forward to joining a “unique organisation” with a “reputation for groundbreaking marketing”.
“I'm looking forward to continuing to evolve the relevancy of the brand for John Lewis’s customers in a rapidly changing retail landscape," she said.
