Continuing the club’s collab with Adidas, the spot bring continental style to the streets of Islington.

Arsenal has unveiled its third kit drop for the 2023/24 season with a promotional film developed by the club’s in-house creative team.

Paying tribute to the kit’s 1980s references, the vintage-inspired spot takes its cues from games abroad in Europe, weaving continental cultures like mopeds, ice-creams and a French new wave color palette with a tribute to the club’s roots in north London.

Declan Rice, Jurrien Timber and Leah Williamson are among the familiar faces that feature in the film, as well as some recognizable landmarks near Emirates Stadium.

Earlier this year, the club also did away with its signature red shirt in a campaign by the agency Iris. The ‘No More Red’ initiative aimed to address the growing number of knife-related crimes in London.

The shirt has been made with 100% recycled materials, representing just one of Adidas’s solutions to help end plastic waste. Earlier this year, Adidas announced that it is ahead of schedule in its journey to replace virgin polyester with recycled polyester in its products wherever possible by the end of 2024.
