The second season of The Drum Network’s CEO Matters podcast has launched today with a wide-ranging conversation between three leading marketers. Covering their management philosophies and personal experiences at the top of the profession, they discuss what should come first in this industry: the head or the heart?

Every episode of CEO Matters is a soapbox for a bigwig from The Drum Network, who curates their own long-form conversation with their dream guests. This week it's the turn of Jason Harris, co-founder and chief exec at indie ad shop Mekanism.

Harris is joined by two “rockstar marketers”: Tinder’s chief marketing officer Melissa Hobley and Liquid Death’s vice-president of creative Andy Pearson.
