Matthias Blume, Coca-Cola’s VP of Marketing for the region, will share how the beverage giant is delivering on its brand purpose through socially and environmentally sustainable practices.

Blume will discuss Coca-Cola's commitment to eliminate waste, while substantially reducing its use of virgin packaging materials.

Blume’s keynote will highlight the innovative and creative ways the brand is bringing its mission to life across the region. Coca-Cola's goals stretch across sustainability and environmental commitments, such as its goal to collect and recycle a bottle or can for every one it sells by 2030. It also remains committed to social goals such as reducing sugar in its products and providing low-sugar and low-calorie options.

Blume will tap into Coca-Cola’s research and insights into the region's consumers and the current demand for brands to be more transparent. The keynote will also feature a showcase of Coca-Cola’s regional creative marketing campaigns and executions.

Blume aims to provide inspiration to marketers about how brands can contribute to a sustainable future. Blume’s keynote aligns with The Drum’s mission and philosophy that ‘marketing can change the world’.

Matthias Blume is the keynote speaker for The Drum’s APAC Trends Briefing, which takes place in Singapore on March 23. Tickets are limited, so get yours now.
