Rabbit Care achieved cut-through in the financial services sphere by showcasing how its in-house CareOS tech platform can fulfill the demands of the credit card market.
The Brief
Grow Agency was tasked with spearheading a promotional campaign for Rabbits ’Flash Sales’ incentive scheme, clueing in customers to partner Citibank’s credit offers.
The Idea
Harnessing Rabbit Care’s proprietary CareOS technology the campaign utilizes customer data via media channels to provide localized product matching with consumers across Thailand.
This utilized in-house data on income, age, gender, location and work experience to target individuals most likely to be approved for a credit card. These were then targeted on Google, Facebook, email and the Line messaging app.
The Results
Grow Agency claim to have provided Citi with the highest-ever wallet share given its marketing budget. Rabbit Care meanwhile was able to achieve a five-fold increase in page traffic, generate three times the number of leads, increase the booking rate six times over and attain month-on-month revenue growth of 400%. Moreover, month-on-month profits growth from the 2-week promotional campaign alone hit 3700%, an all-time high.
