Video First Agency Brave Spark has appointed Rebecca Vickery as its business director.

Vickery is leaving her role as senior account director at Rufus Leonard to join Brave Spark at its London offices.

One of The Drum’s 50 Under 30, Rebecca has led projects for London Business School, British Red Cross, Heathrow Airport, TSB and AXA.

As business director, she will help to shape and implement Brave Spark’s ambitious growth strategy as it continues to build on the successes of its campaigns for the likes of Xero, Concha Y Toro, Hitachi and Finastra.

Brave Spark’s co-founder, Rob Drake said: “Rebecca joining the team is a big part of our ambitious plans to both develop our own business structure, and our client’s marketing plans. Not only talented and collaborative, she’s proven herself an inspirational leader who will bring vast experience into the agency and deliver another step change in our work. I’m thrilled to have her on board.”

Rebecca is just as thrilled to be joining the Brave Spark team and said: “Brave Spark is a business full of creative and passionate storytellers who exist to help their clients tell unexpected stories, in unexpected ways. That’s something that personally inspires me, especially as we are all inundated with stories in our day-to-day lives. What sets Brave Spark apart is the company ethos – one that is down to earth, highly collaborative and always ambitious. As Brave Spark enters its 10th year in business, I can’t wait to continue to help them grow and be part of shaping its very own story”.
