Movement marketing and transformation-driven independent agency, StrawberryFrog, has announced new additions to its senior leadership teams by hiring Dan Langlitz, Corel Theuma, Deaglan MacFarland, and Liza Haffenberg.

Langlitz joins Strawberry Frog as group account director, where he will be responsible for leading the new Northwell Health business. He joins from 160over90, an agency in the Endeavor Global Marketing Network, where he was VP head of client services and managing director. Prior to that, Langlitz worked at BBDO, Ogilvy, and Goodby on brands including FedEx, Fanta, NASCAR, Mtn Dew, Comcast and others.

Theuma has come to StrawberryFrog from RGA. He will serve as executive creative director alongside long-time executive creative and partner, Tyler DeAngelo. Theuma has held numerous leadership positions in both design and advertising agencies such as R/GA, Dentsu 360i, Grey NY, and Lowe.

StrawberryFrog has hired MacFarland as senior strategy director. Prior to this, he worked on the strategic development of Jaguar's brand transformation; followed by a stint at Adam&EveDDB working on Volkswagen, Google, and Guinness before joining Droga5 NYC.

StrawberryFrog also welcomed Haffenberg to its team as head of business activism. She has multi-cultural management experience, having grown businesses on three continents. Her marketing career started 20 years ago at a local advertising agency in Tokyo. Haffenbery has since developed branding and communication for some of the world's most iconic brands such as Apple, Nissan, Nivea, Adidas and Swissair.

“The management team and I are very excited to have Corel, Dan, Deaglan, and Liza join StrawberryFrog,” said StrawberryFrog founder, Scott Goodson. “They are part of our vision for a new kind of movement marketing, advertising, and transformation company designed for brands, companies, and organizations that want to grow in a modern way. We are better with these new leaders, and together we are going to make our dreams a reality. So much kinetic energy and tons of ideas sprouting brought to reality, similar to the movements we create.”

StrawberryFrog - founded by Scott Goodson and Karin Drakenberg - counts SunTrust Bank, Truist, Coca Cola as some of its clients, recently adding Walmart, Lifebridge and Northwell Health and others to its roster.
