Etch Group acquires digital agency Moov2

Digital consultancy Etch Group has expanded its growing portfolio of over 70 specialists with the acquisition of Southampton-based agency Moov2.

Founded in 2006 by Thomas Frame, Etch Group is a network collective of specialist agencies that spearheads innovation in the sector by taking a collaborative, people-centred approach. The acquisition of Moov2 follows the acquisition of London-based digital agency Big Radical in 2017.

Digital specialists at Moov2 include experts in the gaming sector, website developers, apps and supporting experiences for major national organisations such as Microsoft Studios, Sony, Hasbro, Barclays and Supermassive Games. After 16 years of success in the industry, the acquisition by Etch Group expands the skills and insights their specialist teams can provide.

Small independent agencies often get to a certain size and then find it hard to grow, however larger agencies seem to lose agility.
