What were your highlights of last year?
Helping a new agency reach £350K turnover which i was responsible for £125K
What has been your most memorable win - and why?
Carlsberg - massive client for the agency I worked for. Big deal for them at 50K, we were up against agencies they had worked with for years.
How would you describe your approach to business development?
BD has changed, my approach is about becoming a thought leader in your industry. On top of this having a leading sales process which benefits the agency and the client.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Only giving are you able to receive more than you already have
What would be your number one tip to anyone starting in business development?
Don't cut corners, stick to a process and you will get results. Don't think short term
