What were your highlights of last year?

After co-founding our sister company in Kent, back in 2012, and then following up with offices in London and York, our focus in London was to continue building our digital technology reputation, for where a calculated decision was made to launch YCS Digital, and then more recently our sub-brand The Tech Muse.

YCS Digital is a brand solutions company which combines our Digital Technology expertise with intelligent strategy and next-generation deliverables. Through YCS Digital, we have seen the launch of some major projects ranging from automobiles to the fashion and property markets.

By 2017 and partnering as a global effort with TCW (The Chemistry Works), a powerful conglomerate of companies, this was the final piece of the puzzle for us - enabling us to offer so much more, from corporate brand strategies to product/package design and brand loyalty and incentives.

As the cherry on the cake, our photographic post-production services took a huge step forward last year with a significant increase in E-commerce and Commercial works.

What has been your most memorable win - and why?

Although you could say we have a lot to shout about, It’s not so much the win that we care about, but the relationships that we have built in order to get to where we are today.

With Orsopolis and The Property Fox Club in Mayfair, Board Collaboration in Mayfair, TCW in Greenwich and The Tech Muse in Central London, we have built up an extraordinary network.

How would you describe your approach to business development?

A business is only as successful as the network you allow it to be a part of and, for us, this is a two-way street. By helping those around us, we’re building strong and lasting partnerships and collaborations.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Find your niche - and stick to it.

What would be your number one tip to anyone starting in business development?

Build a network where you give back as much, if not more, than you take.
