TLC Marketing appoints first board level marketer

TLC Marketing has appointed Emma Lloyd (nee Critchley) as its first board level marketer as the agency aims to strengthen its new business and communication offerings.

Lloyd, who was nominated as Agency Rising Star of the Year 2017 at The Drum Network Awards, has been at TLC Marketing for three years’ and previously worked on the client side, in marketing roles for the automotive and employee engagement industries. Leading the PR & Marketing for the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions, her board appointment has been created to lead the end-to-end communication for the agency. She will be responsible for promoting the strength of the UK and Irish brand while simultaneously establishing TLC in the Nordics region.

Lloyd said of her appointment: “I am hugely excited to have joined John and other members of the senior management team to ensure as we embark on the next chapter of our growth, the future success of the agency is unified across all departments.

“For the last three years I have been responsible for growing the marketing division, but this role will now require me to contribute to and make decisions on behalf of every department. I’m most looking forward to seeing how exposure to the entire business will influence my strategy and decision making going forward.”
