Wunderman hires Accenture’s Shannon Dix as Singapore CEO
Wunderman has announced a new CEO for Singapore, hiring former Accenture Digital exec Shannon Dix into the role.
Shannon Dix joins Wunderman from Accenture Digital
He joins from Accenture, where he led the consultancy’s ASEAN digital hub from Singapore. Prior to that he was director of global clients at Publicis.Sapient in China.
Dix will be supported by Singapore chief operating officer Nimesh Desai, who will also continue to manage the integration of Wunderman’s business in South East Asia, and take on additional responsibility developing Wunderman’s fast growing ecommerce capability in the region.
Dix commented on his appointment: “With our industry going through significant change and clients demanding a more complete and agile way of working, Wunderman is uniquely placed to deliver on this and more. I couldn’t be more excited to lead and shape the future of Wunderman in Singapore and our industry here.”
He will report into Wunderman APAC CEO Caspar Schlickum, who himself joined the digital creative network in 2016 after running the Xaxis business in Europe.
Schlickum, said: “We are very excited to welcome Shannon to the Wunderman leadership team in Singapore and the APAC region. Shannon joins us at a pivotal time for our business as we continue to bring together the top talent in the industry to deliver a ‘Creatively Driven, Data Inspired’ business in the region.”
