Sparkling Ice, part of Talking Rain Beverage Company, has appointed Epsilon Agency as its agency-of-record for integrated marketing efforts in North America. The brief will last until 2021.


JEL Creative has relaunched as Brunch Digital, a design and development studio. The agency will offer branding identity, graphic design and web support services.


WPP-owned BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe) has announced the acquisition of integrated creative agency HZ. The acquisition will add nearly 200 creative and digital professionals to BCW's capabilities.


The Martin Agency has been selected by Wizards of the Coast as its new agency-of-record for consumer brand engagement. The publisher, which owns popular brands such as Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons, has tasked Martin with spearheading its branding and strategic planning efforts.

Spark & Riot, a "female-powered" production company has launched in Los Angeles. Led by award-winning producer Ana de Diego, the company's roster includes Mattheiu Mantovani, Matthew Anderson and Nalle Sjöblad.

Spangler Candy Company has named Smith Brothers Agency as its first agency-of-record. The agency will create a brand-building campaign for the Dum-Dums lollipop brand.


Customer content marketing platform Yotpo has announced its first ever acquisition. Swell Rewards, a Boston-based incentive marketing solutions company has been acquired with the aim of enhance Yotpo's existing capabilities and drive growth.


North American Breweries, one of the largest brewers in the US, has chosen Burns Group to lead its integrated planning and creative efforts. The agency will work on Labatt, Seagram's Escapes and a selection of other brands.


Aaptiv has selected media agency R2C Group for its media buying and planning. The company has appointed R2C ahead of its first ever TV commercial this month.

Vitesse Media is to acquire InvestmentNews from Crain Communications in a $27.1m reverse acquisition. The deal is expected to close in August.

Honeywell has selected a customized team drawn from a range of IPG agencies as its global-agency-of-record. The purpose-built agency will be called C2W and includes MRM//McCann, Jack Morton, Weber Shandwick and a range of other specialist agencies.


72andSunny New York has been chosen as Trojan Condoms' lead creative agency. The agency has been tasked with engaging with evolving consumer attitudes towards sex and romance.

Greyhound has appointed Rightpoint as its digital agency-of-record. It has tasked the independent CX agency, which is based in Chicago, to revitalize the digital experience of customers traveling with Greyhound.

Software innovation company Shout Digital has launched a new office in Philadelphia. The company, headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne, said the move stateside followed on from the launch of an office in London in 2016

Sports and entertainment marketing agency Engine Shop has acquired sponsorship consultancy IEG and the IEG Sponsorship Conference from WPP's GroupM.


Publicis Health has acquired New Jersey health marketing agency Payer Sciences. The acquisition is intended to help the group scale its analytics offerings.


Troika Media group has announced a merger with communications and experience marketing group Mission Media. The group, now called Troika/Mission Group, will focus on branding, digital marketing and experiential.

Bader Rutter has been appointed by agricultural concern Pioneer. The account wins makes the agency the largest agricultural marketing firm in the US.


Huntsworth has acquired the majority of Giant Creative Holdings in a $72.2m deal. One of the largest independent healthcare marketing agencies in the US, San Francisco-based Giant Creative has a staff of 150.

Brooklyn-based The BAM Connection has been named agency-of-record for Keystone Canna Remedies, the first medical marijuana outlet in Pennsylvania. The account will be run by Maureen Maldari, chief executive of The BAM Connection.


Salesforce has agreed to acquire Datorama for $800m. Datorama provides brands, agencies and publishers with an AI-powered marketing intelligence and analytics platform. Salesforce reportedly hopes to use it to boost its own insights offering.

Influencer marketing agency IMA has launched a new headquarters in the US. The US base, opened by founding duo Emilie Tabor and Maddie Raedts, will service the agency's US clients, which include Saks Fifth Avenue, Moncler and Timex.


Vermont Creamery has chosen Colle McVoy as its agency-of-record. The agency has been tasked with helping the brand reach its expansion and growth goals.

Independent branding and content agency The BAM Connection has been selected by the AmLactin skincare brand to handle strategy, digital, social media and video production.

HEIR Agency has announced a merger with The Lede Company. The new brand team will look to service strategic communications for brands, social and experiential, alongside talent and strategic corporate teams.


The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) has selected Laughlin Constable as its digital agency-of-record. The agency has been asked to manage all digital campaigns for the charity, which was the first animal welfare organization in North America.

The Illinois Office of Tourism has appointed Hills Balfour as its public relations agency-of-record in the UK and Ireland. The selection follows a review managed by TimeZoneOne and IOT.

Trutek Corporation has appointed Bender Group to its digital and social PR brief. Bender has been directed to launch a campaign supporting the NasalGuard Airborne Particle Blocker product.

Hilary Craven, former executive at 72andSunny and chief marketer at the LA office of RTO+P, has announced the launch of her own brand consultancy, Sidecar.
