Designed to impart information on The Jockey Club’s 15 British racecourses the digital tool will display an array of data ranging from entertainment, runners and riders through to news, weather and results.

First and foremost, however the app will serve as a mobile ticket to events and venues, streamlining the process of checking in as many as 19m horse racing each year.

Abigail Sawyer, group head of digital content at The Jockey Club said: “Based on the evidence of what we’ve seen so far we’re confident that the team at Brawl can continue to deliver creative content that ensures we deliver engaging, informative content for our guests, helping us to maximise their racing experience and to hit our objectives.”

Hannah MacLeod, account manager at Brawl, added: “The Jockey Club is a high-profile brand with a fantastic worldwide reputation. We’ve already delivered content successfully, and we can’t wait to continue to work with The Jockey Club over the coming months.”

The Jockey Club hosts more than 330 fixtures a year including The Grand National; Cheltenham and Epsom Derby and will utilise the new app to augment its web and online presence.
