Hickman will report to chief creative officer Menno Kluin, who said: “I’m looking forward to working with Piper again. She has a forward-thinking mindset, but is trained with traditional conceptual skills, which is exactly what we look for here. As a team, she and Alex will ensure we continue to serve as trusted creative advisors to our clients, while developing and coaching our talent to create smart and innovative work.”

Hickman added: “360i is consistently recognized as an agency that can adapt and stay ahead of the curve, so it’s great to be joining at this time. There’s a lot of momentum and potential right now. Alex is a tour de force, and Menno is someone who constantly pushes creative to the next level. I can’t wait to work with them.”

A believer in making advertising a viable career option for women, Piper has also appeared as a frequent panel member of financial empowerment series, 'She Works Hard for the Money.' She has also been a mentor to many first-time female creatives in the industry.
