RIP Stephen Hawking

A ‘shining star’ to many, a great sense of loss prevailed over this week as news spread that the great British physicist, Stephen Hawking has died. After being diagnosed with motor neuron disease at just the age of 22, he went on to make massive contributions to the field of science such as publishing ‘A Brief History of Time’ to shaping science with his theories of black holes and relativity. He will be greatly missed.

Do not chew gum around Oprah - ever

What’s the one thing that pisses Oprah Winfrey off? In this revealing interview on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, actress Reese Witherspoon opens up about how she was (sort of) reprimanded by Oprah for chewing gum on the set of the movie ‘A Wrinkle in Time’. Reese jokingly claimed how Oprah told her: ‘No one chews gum around me’. Well that teaches everyone a lesson.

Gone but not forgotten. After the sudden death of 31-year old Fiorentina’s football captain, Davide Astori, this video makes clear how the player is far from forgotten.
