Independent creative agency Gravity Road has turned to Duncan Snowden, formerly vice president of strategy at Brooklyn-based creatives Big Spaceship, to serve in the newly created role of director of distribution and tech.
In this position Snowden will be charged with heading up Gravity Road’s creative distribution and tech divisions with a view to growing both segments of its business still further.
Gravity Road co-founder Mark Eaves, commented: “Making ideas travel is something that’s core to Gravity Road’s ethos and we’re orchestrating it in ever more sophisticated ways. We wanted somebody who could lead this with creativity & ambition so we went hunting for the right person. We found Duncan and New York’s loss is very much London’s gain.”
Snowden himself added: “Gravity Road’s obsession with the art and science of making ideas spread chimes with my own views and experience. I look forward to joining a leadership team from diverse backgrounds but with a very consistent point of view on how to build brands.”
Snowden’s arrival follows the recent appointment of Glue co-founder Seb Royce as Gravity Road’s first executive creative director.
