Domino’s Pizza unveils wedding registry in a marriage made in oven

Domino’s Pizza is looking to crash weddings with the roll out of a specialised registry that will ensure gifted pizzas are flowing on the big day.

The company is barging its way into the wedding catering market with a digital register developed “for couples who prefer delicious melty cheese to crystal gravy boats”.

Presumably after months of laying off the carbs for months before the big day, couples can add a little pizazz to proceedings by scheduling in pizza deliveries from guests, before, after – and even during – the reception.

Much like established eRegistries, soon-to-weds can sign in through social media and refer attendees to the list where they’re free to add specially-named pizza gifts to the proceedings.

On offer are bundles like ‘The Wedding Night’, ‘Thank You Card‑a‑thon’ and the ‘Low-key Date Night’.
