Havas Media Group announce trio of appointments for new Connection Partners division

Havas Media Group has announced a string of key appointments for its new Connection Partners division which will focus on strengthening the group’s digital first model.

Eliza Dashwood, Daniel Thompson and Paul Holman have come aboard to head up the new division and will be tasked with furthering integration between the planning teams and the opportunities across owned, shared, earned and paid channels.

The trio will be responsible for connecting the expertise in the areas of social, mobile performance, data tech, UX, cinema and OOH to clients’ individual needs and will report to Havas Media Group’s managing director of investments and solutions, Julia Jordan.

Dashwood joins from M&C Saatchi Mobile where she set up its business operations, working across retail, travel, FS and automotive while Thompson spent eight years running multi-national and global accounts with clients including Etihad Airways, Jaguar Land Rover and Volkswagen Group at MindShare and MediaCom. Holman previously worked at RAPP where, as managing partner, he was responsible for its full service media and creative accounts, including charities, gaming, financial services and education.

Discussing the appointments Jordan said: “Combining a deep understanding of our clients’ key business drivers with increased agility in seamless execution, I am confident that the Connection Partners, collaborating and co-ordinating teams across Havas and drawing the optimum resources for each brief, will enhance our clients’ businesses in a way that delivers best in class service.”

The three new arrivals will also work to help connect the media delivery to the content teams to facilitate executions across Havas Group ahead of the opening of Havas Village in 2017.
