The Drum has partnered with Tealium to launch a webinar examining how brands can most effectively create the personalised experiences consumers expect today.

The webinar, taking place on 23 March, will explore the findings of The Drum’s Market Insight Report, The Pressures of Personalisation, which was based on a survey of brand marketers’ views on personalisation.

The survey found that almost 70% of marketers believe personalisation is very important to the customer experience but that only 40% are unifying data across channels to drive this personalisation.

Personalisation is one of the hottest topics in the marketing industry today, as brands race to provide their customers with experiences personalised to platform, device and behavioural context.

However, the Drum survey found a number of challenges to personalisation, with 50% of respondents reporting they were held back by budget and technology constraints.

In the webinar, The Drum will be joined by's Head of Analytics Andreas Bahr and Lindsay McEwan, VP EMEA at Tealium to discuss how personalisation has changed marketing, the impact of personalisation on brands, how to create an omni-channel personalised marketing strategy, and the future of personalisation.
