Jack Swayne has been appointed as chief strategy and analytics officer and will be relocating from iProspect’s office in New York.

Hipkiss will head up the agency’s business transformation and the development of its operational culture.

Fisher, who has also held roles at BSkyB and Direct Line, is set to develop the marketing shop's client proposition and market strategy and be responsible for running the agency’s UK portfolio.

Joining the team from iProspect’s office in New York, Swayne has worked within the Dentsu Aegis Network for over ten years, both at iProspect and Vizeum. His new position will see him tasked with overseeing collaboration between the agency’s data and strategy teams.

Commenting on the string of new hires Matt Adams, managing director at iProspect UK, said: “Kerry, Hannah and Jack are uniquely brilliant in their own right, with truly diverse and complimentary backgrounds, and will bring new skills and approaches to iProspect.

"They are committed to nurturing talent, business-planning for the future, and building client relationships. Their combined talent gives us an amazing bench strength from which to build on our successes," he added.

Earlier this month, the firm promoted its UK chief executive Chris Whitelaw to take the helm as president of EMEA and global commercial director at the agency.
