Morning all, here’s a glimpse at all the media and marketing news you should know.

1. Presidential candidate Marco Rubio announced his intention to run on Monday, however eagle-eyed critics have noticed that his logo - which features a graphic of the US - is missing Hawaii and Alaska. Business Insider notes that natives from both states were unhappy at their exclusion.

2. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has announced that he will be bringing his free internet project to Europe, according to the Telegraph. In the long-term, he added that the service will be made available to "anyone who needs connected".

3. AOL has launched marketing cloud service 'One by AOL' offering marketers a digital dashboard which tracks their spend, according to the New York Times. The company looks to compete with Google and Facebook's digital advertising offerings.

4. Yahoo head Marissa Mayer sent 18 members of staff on a trip to Hawaii to reward them for finishing a project early, reports Fast Company. The 'Moneyball' group took a mere 43 days to get Yahoo's native ad system up to scratch.

5. Google is set to be on the receiving end of an EU antitrust action notes the Wall Street Journal. Formal charges are set to be issued against the US giant as the findings of the five-year investigation come to a head.

6. Foursquare has released a location-based ad serving kit helping to serve ads to users based on their shopping and traveling habits. The Wall Street Journal states that the company thinks it can "bring quality and accuracy to the market that doesn’t exist today" with 'Pinpoint'.

7. Famous meme the Success Kid has launched a fundraising campaign on GoFundMe to acquire his ill father a kidney, reports ABC News. Eight-year-old Sammy Griner's pledge has already reached $9,000.

8. Elon Musk's SpaceX almost succeeded in landing its Falcon 9 Rocket on a ship at sea, reports CNN. The company is trying to perfect the landing process so it can reuse shuttles.
