Unilever, Google, Argos, IBM and Shop Direct experts to speak on the power of mobile to drive purchase at The Mobile Marketing Association EMEA forum

The Mobile Marketing Association’s EMEA Forum in London this year will hear from Google’s director of mobile, Ian Carrington, Unilever’s director of global media innovation Jay Altschuler and Argos’ strategic development manager for mobile, Ben Murr as it aims to discuss mobile and the path to purchase.

The two-day event, supported by The Drum, will aim to give attendees a better understanding of the role that mobile devices and platforms now play in purchase rates, with other speakers such as Michael Becker, market development North America & strategic advisor for Somo Global, Surjit Chana, chief marketing officer for IBM Europe, Jonathan Wall, group ecommerce director for Shop Direct Group and Andrew Walmsley, co-founder of i-level also confirmed, among many others to speak from mobile advertising networks, operators, mobile agencies, real-time bidding platforms and technology enablers.

Taking place over 11-12 November at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, the forum is the final one for the MMA for this year, having so far organised events in New York, Vietnam, Singapore, Beijing and India.
