What is your biggest professional achievement so far? Managing and overseeing the rapid growth of a diverse team who use strong analytical skills and a passion for performance to deliver great results for our clients. What is the biggest challenge you've overcome in your career? Being Italian and spending most of my career working in France and the UK meant I was challenged with adapting to these very different cultures whilst growing my knowledge and skills. What's the next game changer in digital? When Cross Device Tracking is made practical it will allow seamless customer experiences across the digital environment, something way overdue in this multi-screen world. What would you like to be remembered for? For being an open-minded manager who makes time for her staff and a knowledgeable advisor to clients. Who inspires you most professionally or personally? Any woman who is able to find a good balance between work and private life. Our Managing Director, Zoe Steventon, is a great example of someone who does this well. What would you be doing if you weren't doing this? I actually studied theatre management at university, so if I hadn’t got inspired by digital that's what I would be doing. How do you relax? By going to the countryside, there is no better place than the beautiful English countryside to unwind with a good book.
