Evian sponsors the return Land Securities Great British Summer screenings in time for Wimbledon

Great British Summer from Land Securities returns for Wimbledon

Evian has been announced as the official sponsor of Land Securities Great British Summer campaign which returns at three London locations this week.

Now in its fifth year, Great British Summer will be broadcasting the two weeks of Centre Court action live from SW19 on screens installed in specially customised retro caravans.

“We’re very excited to partner with Land Securities’ Great British Summer campaign and to give Londoners access to free outdoor Wimbledon screenings. Wimbledon is one of our favourite times of the year and we believe the partnership supports our aim of getting the nation Living Young throughout The Championships,” said Sophie Brooks, Evian senior brand manager.

The event, which attracts local workers, residents and tourists alike, is free and takes place at Land Securities’ developments including Cardinal Place in Victoria, Bankside Mix in Southwark and New Street Square in Holborn. Evian’s on-site team will also be keeping fans at the event hydrated with local eateries delivering dishes straight to spectator’s deck chairs.

Head of marketing for Land Securities, Catherine Thomas, added: “Sport is one of the greatest ways to bring people together and we’re thrilled to host free Wimbledon screenings in London again this year. We’re delighted to have Evian on board as a sponsor. It’s such an energetic brand and a great fit for the campaign. Together we hope to recreate the feel good factor that we saw last year in London.”

Evian is also offering Wimbledon fans the chance to win VIP tickets to this year’s Championships by showcasing their ‘Wimbledon Wiggles’ as part of a social campaign by We Are Social.
