Chime and Google executives join Twitter in senior roles
It has been revealed that Twitter has appointed two senior executives as it seeks to drive acceleration in the size of its UK office.
Twitter want to increase its UK sales team by 30 per cent as it looks to offer a better service to the increasing amount of advertisers working with the platform.
As such, Dara Nasr has been recruited to lead Twitter’s agency sales team. Nasr is currently Google’s industry head of YouTube and display.
To meet increased advertiser demand in the region, Chime Communications’ group creative director Will Scougal has been appointed as a brand strategist. Scougal has been made responsible of working with advertisers to create bespoke campaigns for the social media platform.
