WPP's Grey Group to acquire majority stake in Chinese firm ArtM Communications

WPP owned Grey Group will acquire the majority stake in ArtM Communications Group in China.

The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, will see the company, which has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzen and Guangzhou, will join the Grey Group.

The company currently employs around 180 people, working with clients such as Intel, Microsoft, TCL and China Mobile.

Last year, unaudited revenue from the company were worth around RMB 45m.
