EntrePR secure Eat 17 Bacon Jam ahead of August launch

London based boutique PR consultancy, EntrePR, has secured food client Eat 17 Bacon Jam as the condiment gears up for its August launch.

EntrePR has worked on an integrated trade and consumer PR campaign with social media to coincide with the products impending launch in Tesco stores. The PR campaign has been designed to drive awareness and encourage trial.

The bacon flavoured jam was created by Eat 17 chef and director Chris O'Connor and sold out in his restaurant within two days, with celebrities like Sarah Jessica Parker becoming fans of the unusual spread.

Gemma Massey, EntrePR founder, has commented: "Eat 17 Bacon Jam is the most popular thing to come out of East London’s Walthamstow since 90’s pop band East 17. It’s certainly the most original product I have ever worked with and one of the most tasty!"
