IAB to Engage Manchester industry
The Internet Advertising Bureau is hosting its digital conference, IAB Engage, in Manchester this Wednesday to discuss the online marketplace and the big challenges that face the industry – specifically outside the M25.
The full day event, which takes place at Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, will feature talks from representatives of Orange, BigMouthMedia, Microsoft, AOL, MediaVest Manchester and Code Computerlove, as well as other leading brands.
The speakers will present new research, case studies and sessions on using search intelligently, integrating your brand with other media, behaviour targeting, social media and mobile.
Topics set for discussion which should provoke hot debate include ‘creativity outside the M25’ and ‘the importance of creativity in the digital arena’. The Drum, meanwhile, is the media sponsor of the event.
Internet Advertising Bureau CEO, Guy Phillipson, is set to kick off the debate. He’ll be followed by guest speakers including Code Computerlove MD, Tony Foggett, head of mobile advertising at Yahoo!, Charles Sword, and Mike Harper, brand manager at PZ Cussons.
