Hertfordshire Police fail at social media with #watfordbomb tag
Just updated the story to explain this is a bit better - police were looking to avoid speculation of a bomb being involved - I think that was the point that was meant to be made here.

Actually we were informed that the design was by D8 by the Conservatoire itself guys - can you blame us if the client themselves tells us the wrong information?
