A 97-year-old Grandfather’s drawings created using Microsoft Paint on Windows ’95 are to be shown as part of an art exhibition and sold as prints online.

Hal Lasko, who is legally blind, served in WWII drafting directional and weather maps for bombing raids before working as a typographer for clients such as General Tire, Goodyear and The Cleveland Browns.

Retiring during the 1970s Lasko’s family introduced him to Microsoft Paint decades later. A documentary short, directed by Josh Bogdan, tells the story of Lasko’s artistic career discovered in his 80s.
