Google has launched a number of adverts for its Glass Project, with its initial promo showing how skydivers, keen balloonists, trapeze artists, amateur pilots and ballerinas might use the device.

But, how would Joe Bloggs, your average height-fearing guy, use it in everyday life?

This is what Glass’ latest ad aims to show.

Entitled ‘20 Searches [through Glass],’ the ad was shot with Glass and shows a group of employees, all wearing a device, asking questions and getting instant answers.

The ad highlights just how non-disruptive Glass can be to a conversation.

“Get you the answers you want almost instantly,” reads Google’s video description.

“As soon as you think of something you want to search, all you need to do is ask. Simply long press the touch pad with one finger and say your query. It's the easiest and fastest way to get the answers you want, when you want them.”

The ad was revealed on YouTube yesterday, 10 June, and has so far received 15,000 views.

The Drum's news editor, Stephen Lepitak, who has yet to try his hand at trapeze, tried out Google Glass last week. Read his verdict here.
