Veteran Clearcast chief Chris Mundy makes RSMB move
Chris Mundy has brought 11 years as managing director of Clearcast to a close after agreeing to make the move to research company RSMB in the new year as chief executive.
Mundy will now assume the role of chief executive at RSMB
Mundy joined the television advertising body upon its formation in 2008, serving as its first managing director, bringing a wealth of experience as former head of audiences at the BBC and head of research at Sky.
Mundy will now assume the role of chief executive at RSMB. He will replace current chief executive Steve Wilcox, who will become a part-time vice-chairman.
Peter Thomas, chairman at RSMB, said: “We are pleased that, after an extensive international search, RSMB can appoint Chris as the company’s next chief executive. He brings long experience in audience research and analysis, as well as a proven track record at Clearcast in running and growing a market-leading business.”
Wilcox added: “I am delighted to welcome Chris as my successor as chief executive of RSMB and will much enjoy working with him during the transition.”
Clearcast is in the process of identifying a successor to Mundy.
