The Unlimited, Serviceplan & Hakuhodo form international triumvirate

The UKs Unlimited Group is joining forces with Germany’s Serviceplan and Japan’s Hakuhodo in a bid to fuse local insights into a worldwide vision. Joint teams drawing on each agencies strengths will provide data-driven integrated solutions, enabling the trio to pitch for global business while continuing to serve local clients as independent agencies.

Serviceplan operates Europe’s largest independent network with 4,000 employees worldwide while Unlimited encompasses 850 staff around the UK and New York. Hakuhodo meanwhile employs 10,000 people across Asia.

Tim Bonnet, president of the Unlimited Group commented: “We have had a relationship with Hakuhodo and partnership agreement with Serviceplan for a number of years and as this grew in success, we are delighted to formalise this into a global alliance. We are really excited about the expanded offering and capabilities this will bring to our existing clients as well as the agile, innovative and data lead offering we can offer new clients on a global scale.”

The first fruits of this collaboration will see the three team up for a pan-European pitch taking place in the first quarter of the year.
