The awards spotlight the best performing agencies, as voted for by clients.

The night is a celebration of outstanding results and the very highest levels of client satisfaction.

The coveted award span all the key digital disciplines, like e-commerce, mobile, social, eCRM, development, UX and many more. Service level gongs are awarded based on the ratings collected across criteria such as effectiveness, strategic thinking, value for money and client service.

Diane Young, co-founder of The Drum and RAR, said of the awards: “The awards give digital agencies a chance to showcase their dedication to the highest service levels in the industry. We think that the awards are one of the most comprehensive ways for brands to find the right agency quickly."

The accolades are a membership benefit, meaning that there are no entries to submit and no reports to write. As such, to be considered for an award you must be recommended and be an active RAR member before 31 July 2017, though an agency's ratings must be collected by 30 April that same year. It’s imperative that agencies collect as much ratings as possible before the deadline to ensure that the awards are weighted, meaning the more ratings an agency has, the more likely they are to receive an award.

RAR collects quantitative and qualitative feedback from brand marketers about their agencies, which then allows their peers to find the best qualified business for their objectives. Over 45,000 ratings are available to use on the RAR website, as well as case studies and other agency information.

To participate in the awards, agencies must register an account on recommendedagencies.com, gather client ratings, and take one of the RAR membership options.
