According to the company, Parkes was “brought on to continue building on VideoAmp's second 100 percent quarter-over-quarter growth.”

Of his appointment, co-founder and CEO of VideoAmp Ross McCray said: "We are thrilled to invite an industry leader like Michael to join VideoAmp's executive team, where he will undoubtedly make an immediate impact. With our last couple quarters of growth, we wanted to find the right veteran to continue our momentum and further accelerate our growth even more. We believe Michael's track record in scaling winning businesses makes him an ideal fit for this global role.”

VideoAmp is headquartered in Los Angeles and has offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago and the Netherlands. According to VideoAmp, the company’s technology “enables advertisers the ability to plan, buy and measure de-duplicated and precise audiences” across linear, video on demand, over-the-top, desktop, and mobile content.
