Dave Hompe joins GroupM Connect UK as MD
GroupM has hired Dave Hompe as managing director for its UK GroupM Connect wing.

The media investment management group taps Hompe who has worked with the likes of Mindshare, Isobar, Starcom, OMD and most recently Essence.
Nick Theakstone, chief executive of GroupM UK, said: “GroupM Connect plays an essential role in future-proofing our agencies’ capabilities by providing foundational technology and services to support their digital media investment services as more and more media becomes digital, addressable and bought in real time."
Hompe added: “I’m excited to join GroupM and become a member of their worldwide Connect organization which represents one of the most exciting opportunities in programmatic media anywhere, but especially in the UK which is one of the most digital markets in the world based on consumer behaviours and advertising investments."
He joins the company this month, looking to align agency priorities with the unit’s wider strategy.
