Publicis Communications has announced that it is now up and running, with Leo Burnett’s global chief creative officer Mark Tutssel chairing the newly-formed organization’s creative board.

The announcement comes after Paris-based Publicis Groupe announced a restructuring last year that saw the ad holding company reorganize into four new groups – Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis.Sapient and Publicis Healthcare – in an effort to better serve clients.

Global creative networks Publicis Worldwide, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, production company Prodigious and communications firm MSLGROUP make up Publicis Communications, under the leadership of CEO Arthur Sadoun.

According to Publicis Communications, the new hub “will act with all operations as an internal accelerator that enables transformation by consolidating cutting-edge capabilities and turning them into resources available to all clients.”

Management of Publicis Communications will be led by a ‘Global ComEx’ composed of network leaders along with client leaders and country leadership teams.
