No sooner had Universal Pictures released the trailer for Jaws 19, Pepsi too has gone back to the future to make Pepsi Perfect a real thing.

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Back to the Future fans of the franchise will be able to purchase one of 6,500 limited edition bottles of Pepsi Perfect from 21 October.

With robots, flying cars and, of course, hover boards the Pepsi Perfect ad is a suitably kitsch version of how people in the 80s imagined life in 2015 to be.

In a stroke of genius Davie Brown Entertainment – the agency that created the fictional product for Back to the Future II in 1989 – created the ad along with Stun Creative.
