Air New Zealand has given its Business Premier customers travelling between London and Los Angeles a behind-the-scenes glimpse of three creative industries as part of the LON/LAX three part series.

“We’ve been flying between London and LA for more than 30 years and have a deep understanding of the cultural synergies between both cities,” explained Air New Zealand regional general manager Americas, United Kingdom and Europe, Chris Myers. “This campaign has allowed us to provide some exclusive content on board for our customers in Business Premier that both entertains and showcases both London Los Angeles as destinations.”

The first film in the series followed BBC Radio 6 DJ Giles Peterson as he created a new inflight radio show on LON/LAX FM for the airline showcasing the best of Los Angeles and London’s music scenes.

The second installment saw television writer David Quantick, known for Veep and The Thich of It, complete an exclusive TV pilot script on board an Air New Zealand flight from London to LA. The script, ‘We All Wear Pants’, is now available for Business customers to read on board.

The third and final episode saw the airline collaborate with tech events company 3beards to create ‘An Entrepreneur’s Guide to LA’ aimed at entrepreneurs looking to move into the LA tech scene.
